Benefits
By joining RHPNB, members benefit from shared insight, coordinated engagement, and an association that actively works to advance a fair and sustainable rental landscape.
Your membership gives you a seat at the table.
Rather than reacting to change alone, you contribute to a shared body of insight that helps identify common challenges, emerging trends and policy gaps affecting rental housing across New Brunswick. The NBAOA works to recognize and approach operational realities while supporting long term stability in the rental market. The result is a stronger, more informed voice that benefits members and helps shape a more sustainable rental housing environment across the province.
We work to bring clarity to how rental housing is represented in public conversations.
By engaging with local and regional media, the association helps ensure that the perspectives of rental housing providers are accurately reflected and understood. This includes providing context around operational realities, policy impacts, and the role housing providers play in maintaining safe, well managed homes across New Brunswick.
